Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Hygiene Note: For the health and safety of all pets, any grooming products (such as dog blow dryers) that have been used or are contaminated with pet hair/dander cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed mechanical defect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@jirpet.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  • Please note: Do not send items back to the sender’s address on the package without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For “change of mind” returns (e.g., you no longer want the product or ordered the wrong model), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product, Jirpet will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a mechanical issue, please contact us at info@jirpet.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unused items within the 30-day window. If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, the customer will be responsible for the shipping price difference and return postage.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
