Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Your item must meet the following criteria:

• Item must be in new and unused condition.
• Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
• Hygiene Note: For the health and safety of pets, grooming products (e.g. pet dryers) that have been used or contaminated with pet hair/dander cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed mechanical defect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jirpet.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide the return address.

Note: Do not send items back without authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer responsibility: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Our responsibility: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover all shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days for unused items. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any price differences.

7. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• No restocking fees are charged.
